Well if jayco is such a good company and they check this sight why is i can not get anybody to look at the rubber roof on our new 2007 fifth wheel it came from the factory with one of the rubber roofs on the slide out streached so tight it is lifted up off the roof for about half of the slide out i told the dealer about it that is as far as it went.

Hey, problems happen. Sorry to hear you have one.
Have you contacted the dealer?? If so have they informed you as to what will be done? If not have you contacted Jayco direct?

You have a 2 year bumper to bumper warranty. Use it!!
If you let this sit then before you know it the summer will be gone.

They really are a good company. If you are not happy with your dealers response, call Jayco directly to discuss the matter with them. They will help you.

yes i did call jayco thay said take it up with the dealer dealer says nothing thay can do for me the next closest dealer is around 500 mile away so i don't know what to do now as far as the trailer is it is very nice inside and out just the problem with the roof

Tomorrow, get on the phone with Jayco and tell them your dealer refuses to cooperate with warranty repair. Jayco will instruct you (or them) on how to take care of the problem.
