Though there is a slight chance it could be your plug
I'm guessing it's a worn out outlet on the park side
think about this.. Your plug is nothing more than a flat metal blade.. Unless there is a bad conection inside the plug body, there is nothing that can "Get loose"
The box, on the other hand has two springy blades (At least we hope there are two) the spread apart when you plug in and "Grip" the blades.. These can, and do, wear out.
The electrician's test won't find this
