I filled our tank last night and did the bleach mix to kill any baddie's. But I had to drain some water to do it. But it was really slow. First time doing it and not sure why it was just a dribble. I opened the low point under the fresh tank and I opened the hot and cold low points. I gave up after 30 minutes and used the pump to get it to go faster. Am I missing something?

You don't want to open the hot and cold low points, but vent higher for better flow. Open up your gravity filler cap! Think of it like a can of juice. Use a can opener and punch in one hole and pour, you'll get some out but nothing tremendous, punch that second hole 180 degrees apart and pour again with a nice flow. Your FW tank is just a big can! A low point drain with a high point fill.

Honestly, you might then be expecting too much! LOL! They take quite a while to drain through the gravity port - ever notice the ID of the tube? If so, the gate valve, even though full port, further reduces it. In fact, I've been toying with pulling my tank, welding on a large bung, and using 1/2" PEX with a brass ball valve.

You should only need the cap off the Manuel fill, close the low point drains, and open the tank drain, remember to have the cap off to add water also. air in to empty and air out to add.

If your drain is like mine (and most others) I doubt that it is much larger than 3/8" opening and maybe less depending on valve design...
It's going to take a long time to drain 40-50 gallons of water through a 3/8" gravity feed opening...
You might consider making the opening a bit larger and installing a larger valve assembly but those little spigot valves are pretty durn small

Ours is about a 1.5 in drain and it goes fast.

Not sure if this applies to you but mine being new had plastic in the drain hole. Mine had plastic shavings from the holes drilled in it. I stuck a wire up the drain and it came out. I thought maybe a spider made a nest up there but after I did this the plastic dislodged. The water came out much faster.

Small hole drains slow and a large hole drains quickly. Nothing wrong with using the pump to force more water out the LP drains if you're in a hurry though.

The water tank is vented so opening the fill cap probably won't increase flow at all thru the small hose. I think our drain hose twists itself almost shut when I open the valve. I just give the camper a severe tilt toward the tank outlet and pump it dry, refill, pump, etc.
