I have a small 18 foot trailer equipped with a shur flo 12 v water pump. Vibrates like crazy (noisy) and their is no presuure to the lavatory sink. Seems like it may be air bound , but how to you expel the air. running doesn't seem to help it. Appreciate any comments. Thanks

Open a faucet, that should help clear the air in the line.

Sounds more like you have a clogged filter in the line to lav faucet or, the screen on the end of the faucet is clogged.

Remove the connection from the output of the pump to insure you are getting water through the pump.
Verify by removing intake that water is getting to the pump.

I had an issue with insufficient pressure at the bathroom faucet only. All others were fine. Turned out there was an obstruction in the lines leading to the faucet; some debris got in during manufacturing. Was repaired under warranty.

As for the vibration and noise, that fix is cheap, although may not be all that easy. Get on your hands and knees, or your belly, and trace out every water line from the pump to every faucet. You may have to empty some cabinets to see the lines, or open the access panels.

Every time a line goes through a wall, or alongside a wall, insert some foam pipe insulation. Padding between the water line and any surface.

On my vintage Open Road, every time I completely drain the system I get an air lock at startup time. What I do is take the shower nozzle off and apply a little suction on the hose. Pretty quick, the water is flowing nicely. How you apply the suction is up to you.......( maybe tell the kids it's a new game).

Just for grins you might also try opening ALL of the cold water faucets to see if that clears the air lock or whatever it is.
