The AC unit will not work with the generator, as a matter of fact the microwave does not work either.

I have an Onan generator that wan't used for about two years. It was checked and the papers say AUX GENERATOR RUN TEST VOLTZ 127 HERTZ 59 . Any ideas? thanks.

What year, make and model do you have? How many A/C's do you have?

I think it might be helpful if you ask a neighbor or someone in your family/friends that also owns an RV to actually show you these things. It's easier for someone to show you where your breaker box is and what to look for instead of reading it on this forum.

Locate the generator, some place on it should be two circuit breakers, both should be on. If the are on and you still have no power, your transfer switch may be bad. The location of the transfer switch varies from coach to coach. It is also possible that the gen set is shot if it sat idle for two years. They should be run under load monthly.

I'd bet the 120VAC sockets are inop as well as the fridge not operating on 120VAC.

First thing, and most likely cause, is to check to make sure the power cord is plugged into the generator plug in the cable storage box.

Then if necessary, check circuit breakers.

Year, make and model of RV might help. Also post the complete model #of gen.
