I started up the fridge the other day on our new to us TT. I put some drinks in there to keep them cold that same day. The very next morning I went to take a look and noticed they were starting to freeze. I noticed a little device attached to the fins in the back of the fridge that you slide up and down to make it warmer or colder (slide it up to make it colder, slide it down to make it warmer). The device is slide down as far as I can get it, yet my drinks are still freezing up.
Ideas???

It will take a long time for the adjustment you are making to the thermistor to take effect. And, those drinks will stay frozen for a while until the rfer temp goes back down.
I would use a thermometer and see what the temperature really is.

Thanks for the suggestion. I shut the fridge of all day yesterday and allowed it to warm up. Then I made the adjustment and turned the fridge back on later that night. When I went out there today the drinks were frozen again.
My fridge also has a lighted 1-5 (cold...colder) panel, though I assume yours does not. Since you mention the rig is new to you, check the electronics on the back side of the fridge for another adjustment. Some Dinosaur aftermarket control boards have an adjustment on the circuit board.
You might check to see if the thermostat wire (serves as a sending unit) located near the refrigerating plates in the freezer is too far from the plates. If the wire is too far from its proper position it will continually call for cooling.
