On the road again !!!! Three injectors,2 harnesses, ICP sensor and a fuel line leak repair.. That's at least three years wine budget...We're heading for Declo,Snowville or Brigham City tonite and the beast so the beast should roll right along now .Hummer1,thanks for the offer !!!Just honk as you go by..
Laura, check and see what the brand of your tires are and then check on the Forum for the tire recalls and you make out there. There are quite a few brands that are made by the same manufacturer and were recaled...

Geez Bigdog, 3 years wine budget lost to truck repair. That's gotta hurt! Glad to hear you're back on the road. Hate it when mechanical things get in the way of fun.

My Suburban is in the shop now. The "check engine" light came on the other day, and of course the dealer has to hook it up to a computer to find out what the problem supposedly is. There goes $100 just for the "diagnostic", then who knows how much go fix whatever is wrong with it. I hope it's something cheap!

David G. I put a piece of black tape over my check engine light on the truck in early 2000 and its still doing just fine. Sometimes I wonder about those things. Almost 250K on it and about the only thing I have had to replace is the tape.

We had the check engine light come on in the Jayco we had once. At the same time the engine started running funny and steam came out from under the hood. managed to limp into the TA Truck center in North Bend (we were a mile or so from the exit) and they fixed it in less time and for less money than they promised. Even though they don't like to work on gas engines (their insurance doesn't let them bring gas engines into their bays). The thermostat had failed, leaking coolant all over.

But we were on the road in a couple hours.

Yeah, that darn light could mean anything or nothing, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Bob, I like the tape idea.

Hobo, why don't you get a part time job at a campground. Then you could solve both problems at the same time.

Grandma and I just got back from having a two hour lunch with two of the most beautiful Granddaughters that any one would ever want. What a wonderful day, sunshine and right down on the water at the Point Defiance Restaurant. God, I love those two girls.

Bigdog, I think we can take up a collection to help with the wine I would hate to see you without wine for 3 years you would look like a grape after 3 years. Donna
