I have been looking for the perfect bunk house for a while now, and still really haven't found the one that I am looking for. Maybe you guys know of a model that fits these criteria.....

Must have.....
- At least two slides(LV room and queen slide)
- Master bedroom that has a solid door between room and bath(or seperate 1/2 bath for kids)
- Two big bunks of equal size. I don't want the boys to outgrow or fight over them.
- Should be under $35K when all is said and done.
- Fiberglass side
- Would really like the dual U-shape couch setup in the living room slide!

Camper should be of good quality as it will be used for 10+ years, as I don't want to do this again till the kids are gone!

If you have any ideas, please let me know. I would like to go used, to keep the cost down, but new can be had for the right price too. Just not much locally.

I think I looked at at forest river 5th that had the bunks over the hitch and the main bed room in the rear. Sorry but I can't remember which sub brand it was. I think all the rear bunks are jack and jill style bed.

How about this (our new favorite)?

Keystone Cougar 293SAB

2 slides (on in living room, one in bunk room). The queen master bed isn't in a slide but the sofa bed & table is. Also, not only is the main bath in a separate room but it has a 1/2 bath for the kids. The rear bunks have a trundle bed underneath them so one of the kid's friends can stay over, in the kid's room.

I really want a queen slide for space for me and the wife. That does seem nice though!

We've been looking at this Crossroads Cruiser CF31QB It has the bunks over the pin and the master bedroom in back. There is an option for a 1/2 bath in the master bedroom. We like it because it has a real door for the master bedroom not some flimsy curtain that only goes part way down, there's plenty of headroom in the back giving the shorter kids the lower ceiling up front and the 1/2 bath in the back. It also puts the TV over the kitchen sink right across from the sofa instead of on the forward wall where you have to sit at an angle from the sofa to watch it.

We did see this one in person, and it was darn near perfect. But it's unlikely we could get one for under $35K.

Oh oh! We found an (mostly!) exact match here on our UniVac! BEEP BEEP Real master BR door...
Except a little reversed...mom and dad have a restroom with a 1/2 bath w/toilet/sink, kids have a full bath w/shower/toilet and sink in bunk room!

That design is nice, but not sure how big the bunks are. The site does not say.

I saw this design for the first time this morning, and to tell you the truth, it's the only Jayco I have ever liked. It is very nice and has the big bunks. There is one up the road in Denver too. Just don't think they can be had for under $35K.
