They'll miss me. I'm 45 miles North of there, on the lake almost to the Wiscoland border.

The things that come to those that wait will be the crappy junk left by those that got there 1st.

Remember; never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.

That's good to know. Not so good for people with hot tubs in Florida though I'll bet. Wish I knew someone in an unincorporated area around here where I could go shooting. Closest range (that allows shot shells) is an hour away and usually very crowded.

There's an outdoor range in Bristol - 30 minutes away but they charge $30 to use the range. It's a private club, but they do allow the public to shoot on certain days. I've been there with my 30.06 before but since it is outdoors, they have a period of shooting and then a period of no shooting so you can check/reset targets. Very difficult to shoot 1 or 2 rounds and then check the target like I would like to do. I did get an offer from a guy on a fishing forum to come up to his place in Mid Wiscoland where I could shoot how ever I want. His place is about 2.5 hours away. Think I might take him up on that and make a day of it.

We just set up empty beer cans anywhere in the yard and have at it.
