a lot of hybrid owners cover their canvas bunk ends with popup gizmos or the non-custom version, solar blankets(from REI, Cabelas, Campmor).
these provide a number of advantages. they primarily help with the bunk end temperatures, hot or cold. they also help keep the canvas/vinyl clean and stain-free. they also help darken the end for afternoon naps.
what's being asked is: can these new Thermarest bunks use them, because of their different design. the regular style bunks are similar to those on popups. therefore, the custom-fitted popup gizmos or solar blankets will work on hybrids.
