There is quite an argument about running with propane on or off.
(personal opinion there is a SMALL (Slight?) additional danger in running with it on)

I've run with water heater, fridge and furnace, all on propane no problems however all 3 in my rig have ESI and safety cutouts.

Some older units had pilot lights and may not have safety cut outs.

Given a preference.. I'll run with propane off.. I added a preference this winter and we will see how it works come next trip or 3
