you guys all have good guesses, but that's not it......the Wildcats have 2 coax hookups that you need to run a jumper to.
Ours has it in the shelf area under where the TV goes. The incoming line comes into 1 jack and then you need a jumper to the coax hookup above it to push the signal to the TV area.
The one you need to jump is a wall plate with 2 coax ends on it.
Of course, you may have the new entertainment system (non-Concertone) and that may be different.
My Challenger came satellite ready. Ah huh. The cable connection worked fine. I tried everything until I finally turned gray and lost all my hair. Answer? Hmmm, seems the factory forgot to run that cable. The dealer pulled the plate off and low and behold no cable there! They figured the end for the sat was tucked neatly away deep somewhere we couldn't get to.
Moral of story? Never assume anything! Have it checked! It'll keep you from premature aging!

Thank you all sOOO much for your help!! WILDCAT 2008 hit the nail right on the head!!! We went all the way to the dealer today and that sounds exactly right. Wish the dealer would have told us this at the walk through but I guess we should have asked to have the cable hooked up and checked out. We should have taken everyone's advice about checking everything out when we picked it up!! You guys are awesome! Oh well it's fixed now after 4 hours driving and $75 in gas!
