There's the KOA in Milton which is right next to the freeway. We usually stop at Eagles Landing in Holt. It's a nice little park for an overnight and it's far enough from the freeway to not get road noise.

Thanks Bugs that sounds perfect. Is it very far from I 10? I have never been there but heard it is nice.

Don't know if you're looking for a freebie or a campground but there is a Walmart and Falling waters State Park at the Chipley exit (hwy 77). Both are very close to the interchange.

If you want a commercial park, "Rivers Edge" at Holt, about 30 miles east of Pensacola is our favorite overnighter when traveling to and from the west.
It is just far enough off the highway to be convenient AND quiet.

Hi Sizzy,
We are fulltimers from Largo, Fl
We have stayed at the KOA in Milton. Easy in and out for an overnight but pricey. Florida caverns is nice, too but a little bit of a drive from I-10 for one night. Last year we stayed at a campground called Beaver lake in Quincy. it was a passport america park. It was just a grassy field with hook ups but the price was right for a quick overnight and it was right off I-10. Hope this helps!
