Hi,
Wife and I are have whittled it down to these two models, she likes the 373 (because of the counter space) and I like the 362, (open floor plan,no loss of awning space outside) what do you fusion owners or similar raptor owners think? the 362 is about 2500.00 cheaper also.

Well Shucks, Gary....that's really a judgement call that's between you and your lovely bride. We have the Raptor 3814 because we wanted the 14' garage. But we also liked the open area as opposed to the 'bar like' set-up of some of the Fusions. From the standpoint of aesthetics, we really liked the snack bar look, but from a practicality perspective, we thought that the more traditional open concept would work better for us.

Another thing to consider is that the triple slide is likely a bit heavier than the double??

BTW...I was recently up in your neck of the woods on a motorcycle trip. I rode through Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, Lake Champlain, and the Lake George areas. Beautiful area that I will certainly visit again!

We went thru the same thing but with the Raptor 3612 and 3712. We went with the 3712 because of the kitchen island. We sometimes have a bunch of people, and the added eating space was a plus. Also, we have a small one, with an even smaller one not walking/crawling yet. When cooking, I put the stools across the opening so he/they can't get near the stove.

You just need to imagine all the possibilities of how you will use it.

Good luck

Steve,

That's a great point regarding the 'crawler.' I never thought of that.

Both are nice trailers, I like the 373 personally. In case you don't know, Keystone has dropped the 373 from the Fuzion line-up, so if you want one, better get one off a dealers lot.

I looked at both and went with the 362.

My wife liked the counter space/island but I wanted it open and I thought it cluttered up the interior.

What is so funny we went the other way when it came to the crawlers, we figured that the more space the better, so that is why we went with the 362. If our child was older, we would have gone with the 372.

Good Luck and you will be happy with which ever model you select. The most important thing to remember is the servicing dealer.

We've been debating the same thing and are torn on the 373 since it isn't going to be built any longer. We like the openness of the 362 at this point and will most likely end up with it at the rate we're going.

We went with the 3612 because of the open floor plan. With 4 kids I felt like we had more room to move around. We spent several hours on the dealer lot one day with the whole family in each unit. I too thought the awning on the 3712 was kind of useless. With all this said, everyone has had valid points. Pick the one that works best for your family and get out and enjoy your time together.

Thanks everyone.........

We went with the 362 for floor space indoors, and awning space.

If it was just the wife and I we would have chosen the 373.
