I put adjustable Ranchos on a couple of months ago and now is the first time I'll need to adjust them. The problem is, I forgot how. I don't know if the desired number should point toward the end of the shock or toward the middle. If there's a hash mark or something, I can't see it. Any help appreciated.
Start out by rotating the knob counterclockwise until it stops. That is the lowest (softest) setting, which is setting 1. Each click clockwise is one setting stiffer. So, 8 clicks would put you at setting 9. Buy counting the clicks, you don't have to see the knob.....just have to be able to reach it.
