I have a norcold in my Eagle and have been very happy with it so far but have a few questions.

Is it better for cooling to have the fridge full or empty?

How important is it to level the 5th while using the fridge?

I have noticed that when the unit was new the freezer seal was very tight especially after you closed it but now it's not as tight but seams to work fine.

Thanks for you help

Completely empty, but what's the point? You don't want it so full that air cannot circulate.

Level enough to live in it comfortably is the general rule.

If you overstuff the fridge, the air won't circulate and it won't cool as well.

I had a problem with mine last weekend. It was 4 degrees off level and wouldn't work right. I shut it down. When I levelled it off back home it worked fine.

You might want to consider getting a Fridgecool Fan to keep the air circulating so the temperature is evened out in the box.
