We have friends that FT and have a 45ft MH. They travel with 3 yorkies and 2 mid to larger dogs. Unbelievable. It's like a 3 ring circus.

Not full time, but we're gonna be traveling with 5 Papillons, and 1 Sheltie. Have a friend, who travels with 6 Paps.

Lots of breeders and show dog people travel with a ton of dogs, but again, they aren't full time!!

We sleep with our dogs, at home, so it's not much different on the road.

And yes, it's a ZOO!!

Shouldn't this be based on weight, we have a 120 lb German Shepherd. Isn't that worth 5 Shelties?

We travel (not fulltime) with a greyhound, a standard poodle and a toy poodle. They are convinced we bought the MH just for them...know what, I think we did! We wanted to travel some and this was the way to do it and not have to board them. I was afraid we would be the 'zoo' of the campgrounds but have observed that most of the campers have at least one pet traveling in them. Sure fire way to get to know your fellow campers, take a big greyhound for a walk........

We are not fulltimers but we frequent dog shows and a few side trips to campgrounds for enjoyment (dog shows are work!) and we travel with 8 yorkies. We had a litter of 3 boys born 05/02/08 so that makes the count go up to 11. Each of the adults has their own small crate that we stack behind the fold up rear seat in the extended cab of the truck while underway. Then once we land, they have their own larger crates in the trailer (set up in the LR area). We use 4 large exercise pens that we connect to make two large run areas under the awning for time outside. All the dogs sleep with us (remember they all weigh around 5 lbs each so not much space taken) and we have a set of steps we built for them to get off and on the bed.
We are going to Orlando in 3 weeks for a show and this will be the babies' first trip but we have traveled with pups before so it will be an adventure! Our youngest litter to travel was 3 days old-they usually stay in a crate inside with mom on a heating pad.
We do not allow them free run of the Fiver-they maintain the same schedule on the road as at home~they are outside as soon as we wake to potty and play and then go up until around noon for an hour or more run time and then back up to crates until 4 or 5 and they are out until we eat and once we are ready for bed they are out all nite.
