Help! My wife has me in the middle of a remodeling job. She now wants one of those new sofa-sleepers that are coming with the air mattress built in (Bighorn, Cedar Creek and several other new models). Also she wants to upgrade the faucets to the new bronze look.
I can't seem to find where to get these items except through a dealer's parts department. That limits us to the ones that are in the brands they carry and also a couple of mark ups.
We would appreciate any input from the camping community.

Faucets are available from Home Depot & Lowe's. Try a furniture store that handles Steel Case or Lazyboy. They will probably have to order the sofa-sleeper. We are also looking and the store wants measurements to special order.

You may also have some luck with an RV salvage yard, they may have a unit that is of a newer vintage that has been wrecked or damaged in some other way that they have removed the pieces you want.

In my previous rig, we replaced the sleeper with a std queen sofa sleeper bought at a furniture store. Took out the mattress and replaced it with an air mattress. Faucets should be availabel at Lowes/home depot.

McKenzies RV in Red Bay AL, has them in several colors. New & sometimes salvaged ones from Tiffin coaches when the owner wanted them changed out or a different color.

Check out Bradd and Hall for the sofa options.
We needed a new kitchen faucet last year and had it replaced by a RV repair shop. I wanted to upgrade it and asked if we could just buy one from Home Depot or Lowes and he said no. I don't recall exactly what the issue was -- maybe something with fittings so we bought our replacement thru Tiffin.
Camping World has faucets but they may not have the style you want.

We replaced our kitchen faucet in two different Winnebagos. Bought the replacements at Lowes. Worked fine.

just a bit of advice. several on here have replaced with the air mattress sleeper and have had issues with pinching the mattress and causing a leak.
don't know what their solutions were but they sure weren't happy about it!

You might want to try the air mattress 1st. I found it heavy and not that comfortable to sleep on. We change it out for an easy bed and that was easy. Try Brad and Hall.
