dealers are always getting knocked - so I though i would balance that out by describing something that happened to us the other day - which goes far beyond "normal service".
We bought our RV - 4 years ago from Sandhills RV Superstore, Inc. in Sandford, NC. That was a great experience in itself.
Well we were traveling in Virginia (100 miles away maybe) last weekend, and had a blow out in the trailer tire - as anyone knows an unnerving experience.
So I started to change the wheel and saw a Truck pull up behind - and thought "how nice" - but this feeling changed to utter disbelief when I heard a voice and realized it was the Owners of Sandhills RV. They happened to be traveling the same road ! - what are the chances ????
They had recognized us (we have a fairly unique Keystone rig - the one with the pull out rear patio and patio doors!)- and turned round and came back to see if they could help....
Wow - what service - guess who i want to buy me next RV from ?????

That is incredible, if the dealer that sold us our RV were to drive past us, he'd keep going and not slow down.

I can reccommend Happy Trails RV in Lumberton TX.They did some collision repair on my 5th wheel and were outstanding. They negoitated with the insurance and got me a much larger settlement than I expected and the repairs are first class.

I've had great service with my dealer, so I would be absolutely shocked  if I found out they didn't stop if I was on the side of the road.
