Zero difference. They are just rebadged Mercedes Benz.
If I were buying an Adventurous or Agile, I would much prefer it have the Freightliner badge, as opposed to the Dodge badge.
Freightliner on the front looks cooler than Dodge.

Henrye,
I see your PM switch is turned off. I'd like to converse with you about your experience at John's RV. Can you PM me please?

BUT BUT BUT ---
although Dodge and Freightliner Sprinters may be the same other than badging, the way the vehicle is outfitted with OEM stuff before being delivered to Roadtrek may be different.
For example, on the prior Sprinter version of the Roadtreks, I believe I saw a Freightliner Roadtrek version with a step-on rear bumper while on the same lot the Dodge Roadtrek version had the no-step plastic bumper at the rear (not the Roadtrek ground effects package).
And who knows whether Roadtrek orders the exact same base vehicle from either Dodge or Freightliner (depending upon supply).
For example, the Airstream Westfalia with the same badged Dodge Sprinters through the lifecyle initially had OEM Sprinter heated seats which went away; later Westfalias had OEM alloy wheels instead of the OEM steel wheels, etc. So there may be variations in which OEM stuff comes with the Sprinter.

But but but but....
AIUI, the current Sprinter chassis used on new RT's (& PW's & others) are being bought from Dodge dealer lot inventory on a 'catch-as-catch-can' basis... there is no 'pool' of vehicles reserved for upfitters. Thus they have to take them however they find them equipped, and there is no real 'standard' fitment. This may also lead to higher prices, since they're paying retail or nearly so for the chassis.

I e-mailed a technical sales representative, that I have been communicating with over the course of my purchase due diligence, at Roadtrek and asked about differences being explicit as to my concerns i.e. interiors, chassis, external, etc. She said except for badging no difference(except for one possible difference that did exist on several of them that had manual mirrors vs powered)which would make sense as I think all of them are produced here in Charleston,SC.

When we bought ours two years ago, the Freightliner didn't have the power-adjust mirrors, which we wanted, so we went with the Dodge.
