I have found the MH that I call side hall floor plans have the largest bathroom areas in most cases. That's the kind where the hall goes down the drivers side of the MH.

I am also 6'3" and did weigh 320 lbs, now 280 lbs and our shower is very comfortable. Our Sealand china toilet is also very comfortable. Ours is a 1999 but its a good one!

When we checked this rig out, I tried the shower on for size and the potti chair (after all its the 2nd most important chair) for comfort.
