Ok, I did a search and came up empty.
Which brand of step ladder do you carry and how tall? Trying to come up with something that will fold up fairly small and not be too heavy. But would still like the standard steps. Do you know what I mean? Thinking about long term here.
What material do you have? Aluminum or Fiberglass?
Thanks!

Aluminum 6ft, light, but doesn't fold up small, only flat. I carry it on the mh ladder. I use it to attach the shades on the front of the mh and for cleaning and waxing. CW has one that folds up really good, but it doesn't appear to be that sturdy to me. A friend has it and carries it in one of the flow through compartments.

Dear, ..... (I guess I could look up your name on the callsign database),
Because I have a smallish motohome, which is also fairly short, I have a Werner 4' aluminum ladder - three steps below the top.
It is light weight, inexpensive, well made, and stows easily for me. I put it, along with the bag chair, and windshield screens, up in the pull-down bed which is above the dirvers section. (That's really all it's good for)

I carry a "Little Giant" clone from Costco. $99 for 8' compacts down to 4', fits in the storage compartment very nicely.

I don't carry a ladder because my wife doesn't climb ladders anymore. If it requires height we get it done.

I have the six foot folding ladder from Camping World, it folds down to about a 3" X 3" square and easily fits into the basement bay. When I first saw it I thought it looked kinda of "flimsy" but it has locks on the bottom and once locked it is very solid and I weight in at 280lbs. I got the one that has rungs on both sides so I can go up or down on either side of the ladder. I have had it for a couple of years and just about every time I use it someone comes over and looks at it and asks where they can get one.

$39 Aluminum 5' ladder. Folds flat and I carry it on the luggage rack on the toad. 6' would be better, but I manage with this one pretty well.
