Has anyone else had a problem with the new ball system instead of the flap they used to have. I am having problems with it not closing all the way.

I have to put some olive oil in my bowl every now and then to keep it lubricated, but that's only issue I've had.

What makes you think it's not closing all the way ? Water leaking out ? Or you actually see day-light (so to speak) ?

Yes I have, more then I would like.

I found that letting the flush pedal snap back with more force rather then letting it return more gently helps. Your spring cartridge may require lubrication or may have become weak requiring replacement. Be sure the gaskets are clean and properly maintained.
