We have and a bad experience with AAA plus RV, they could not find a wrecker to come out to give us a tow.

I was wondering what others use.

Thanks a lot

I ended up calling the Ford dealer on a mobile truck mechanic's rec. That worked. Not cheap, but they know who brings the trucks in.

That's cause AAA is the only vehicle insurer that has it's own proprietary towing contracts and they just aren't represented all over. A poor choice for RV ERS. Your options are to pay for a separate contract through an ERS insurer such as Good Sam or CoachNet. Another, and in my opinion a better solution, is to drop AAA and insure through any other insurer that covers RVs. Progressive, Foremost, National Interstate are several that come to mind. Then for a 3rd of the price of an outside ERS contract, you can get an ERS endorsement to your ins. policy. These ins. companies do not have proprietary towers but instead are part of nationwide networks of towers. You will not run into the problem you had with AAA

Good Sam.
Only a problem once. When they tow pulled up. I found out fast he had no idea on what he was doing. Called GS back. Told them this tow had a truck too small and did not know how to hook a class A MH. They sent another two. The right one this time.
