Our last free warrantee visit at Monaco. Very busy here, coaches parked everywhere. The customer lounge is full all day. Some folks here for 8 weeks. My two day visit will be 5 at least. Cold and windy today, near 80 in next few days. Still a fun experience.

That is not the norm, usually one week. That one involves a major repair, not waiting to get in.

Looks like "maybe" one of two things wrong there.. Perhaps it is that they can't get parts or again, maybe not enough service personel.. Always seems that the only good service one can get is from the sales department, from then on, it is "catch as catch can"/.
Will say that at least the wait at the factory is better/shorter than at most dealers.. Most of this could be eliminated with quality controls at the chassis/coach/and all related products involved.. It is not like they just started making these things last year...

A major repair and if full timers can make it a long stay. Be happy you are not at Camp Wildwood here in FL as the heat can be pretty rough this time of year.
