We looked at several in Lake Havasu. All the RV garages but one were only 12 ft. tall doors (some sort of zoning restriction) You had to have a split level lot to get a 13 ft. door, something to think about for future upgrades.
The Crossville homes are stick built .They have homes for sale from 195,000 and up . Built two units together with RV garage in center a very nice area .

Ft.Clark Springs, Tx is a unique location, and they have RV development. Undiscovered except by a few lucky folks. After driving past it a few times we decided to go to the old Alamo movie set last time thru Brackettville. We were to late and they recommended we stay at Ft.Clark Springs and come back the next day. What a discovery !
