There is a bug remover called "Bug Off", it's manufactured by Environmental Products of America and it takes bugs off within seconds. I'm not exaggerating..within seconds. I had not cleaned the bugs off my camper since the fall - things just kept happening that occupied every second I had. I grabbed this stuff from my RV dealer and was blown away by how easily it cleaned the bugs off. I sprayed it on, waited about 10 seconds and wiped the dried bugs off my 5ver. I didn't have to scrub or go back over it again and again. I did the entire front in about 5 minutes. Check this out - I couldn't care less about bugs anymore. This is also an environmentally friendly product. Check this website out

Just wanted to spread the word...after all the good advice I've rec'd on this forum, maybe I can return the favor.

Thanks for the info. Now if they could only mix a wax to it we'd be set.....

I think the stuff has been around a long time! Works on sticky stuff and black streaks too! THe bad thing is that is removes the shine...I use it sparingly.

I use Bounce sheets, from our drier. Even used sheets work well. Just spray down the unit and wipe over with bounce. takes bugs straight off

I used Bounce sheets and water for the first time this season. I was AMAZED at how well it worked. I can't wait to try Bounce sheets on "love bugs" this fall ... they have always been the worse bugs to remove.

Scuds,
I totally agree. I got mine at the local Carquest, I asked the guy what he recommended for bugs. He was right. I lived in Florida for many years and always had a problem with love bugs. On my last trip down there, I killed 1,503,997 of them, all on the front of my car.
The Bug Off stuff cleaned them off in seconds, well, a couple of
minutes. Its good to find a product that does what it advertises.
And it's environmentally friendly, unlike my MIL...PHEW!

Fellow 5er just told me about this method last week. He uses Bounce sheets and a bucket of water with dish detergent. He said it works amazingly well. I haven't tried it yet but will be at next opportunity.

I agree with Pando2. You'll be amazed (I was anyway) how easily these work and how well.

I have half the neighborhood using them on their cars.

Spray the front of MH with a little water, dip the dryer sheet (new or used) in water to wet it, rub off the bugs, rinse, drink adult beverage (or other) of your choice.

We are all good at something.....
I just happen to be a good bad example.

We just returned from a 1,200 mile trip from Ohio to Vermont and the bugs on the front of our fiver were terrible. We have always scrubbed them off with soap water and brush. This time I tried the dryer sheets and was amazed at how well they work. We will never use anything else. Thanks for the idea that we got on this site.
