I will be 62 in a few weeks. I am healthier now than at 55. I walk 6-10 miles a day, lost 60# and have to buy a whole new wardrobe!

No metamucil, scooter or geritol for me

Welcome to our world

You have a LONG way to go if you visit Oregon. The local restaurants' senior discount kicks in at 80. I'm not kidding.

However, you can join AARP at 55.

Mine was yesterday (58). Had my annual physical and doctor said I was in good shape for a man twice my age.....huh

We are all good at something.....
I just happen to be a good bad example.

Occasionally in error but never in doubt.

Congrats and happy birthday to fordscooper. I celebrated 64 yrs. yesterday 6/10. Still work fulltime, planning on semi retire next year, and begin more leisure travel

DianeOK, congrats to you as well. Have fun clothes shopping. The best way for me to prepare for the big move , is to start a new savings plan. Something that goes like this: Formula= "less eating, less wine = lost weight+ gained savings. Have wonderful days! Capt. Billy ps big day for me, should be a grandpa by tonight!

DianneOK, sorry for the earlier misspell (left out an n ). Tyler, a boy, was on his way at 9:30 am something about 6 is it millimeters (tmi for me). It's 3:15 pm in fl. My ex says he'll probably arrive around 9pm !st. grandchild. Just ask for everyone to be healthy .

Dianne, thank you for your response. If you go to "class b forums",earlier this week, I posted a question that outlined part of my "bucket list". Take care, Capt. Billy

DianneOK, shame on me for being so self focused. I meant to ask you your magic date . Birthdays are special to me and should be remembered and celebrated. Capt. Billy
