Check around with a local screen printer and ask them where they get coroplast or corex. It is the same stuff you should be able to pick it up in 4x8 sheets for aroung 10.00 a sheet

Use some metal crossbraces under the plastic sheeting to hold it up.

Firstly, make sure you haven't got a leaking black tank. Somethings causing that stuff to sag. That would be one nasty surprise in your driveway!

I don't think I would use FRP. It is usually in thin sheets as OP stated. Bolted under a rig and subject to wind and a lot of flex, IMO, would cause it to crack.

I took an idea from someone on this forum and reinforced the sagging corrugated plastic panels with 5/8" steel electrical conduit (round pipe),flattened out at each end and bolted to the main frame, placed across the width of the trailer every 2 or 3 feet.
It took almost all of the sag out, and I no longer worry about those panels coming loose and getting caught by the wind.

i caused the sagging,i removed the underbelly and for some reason i cant remember why. i did spend around 2 hours ziptying up all the wires and moving the water lines around, its amazing how much waste their is in extra wiring and water pipe under our trailers.

Pull-Tab bought the material from RV Surplus & Salvage in Elkhart IN when he re-did his belly liner, I believe.
