Thanks Shoe we gotta get down to that place again its been about 7 years since weve been that way and it was a greaT weekend do they still gather and play music like they did then?

You can't beat Lake Ouachita State Park in Hot Springs, AR. Full hookups and roomy padsm right on the lake. My family and I wont go anywhere else when camping locally.

I like Beech Bend at Perryville Tn.
Some of the site back up to the Beech river. A few hundred feet is the Tennessee River. There is a long lake down the east side of the camp ground.
It is about 125 mile from Memphis. It has water and electric. It is a county owned park.
Lots of trees. Boat ramp onto the Beech about 100 ft. from the Tennessee.

Cfes, Beech Bend, do you have to reserve well in advance to get a spot. I looked at their web page and it looks nice. May try to visit in the fall.
