I just replaced the kitchen faucet in my (new to us) '91 Coachmen catalina. The only problem was the original faucet had two holes in the counter on each end for the hot/cold supply lines and the lockdown mounts. I replaced it with a single handle unit with sprayer, so I had to drill two additional holes. One in the center for the hot/cold supply lines and sprayer hose connection, and one for the sprayer mount alongside the unit. Took about 1 hour to complete, and wife loves it.
Very easy project. I did both bathroom and kitchen with fixtures from HD.Took about an hour for both. Most of the work is done by feel. Makes as world difference especially in the kitchen. The bathroom fixture came with a new drain plug which I haven't replaced yet but plan to. Both cost me about $125.

I bought a new Winnebago MH in '95. A year or two later I was looking at a new one and the main difference seemed to be the single handle faucet on the kitchen sink. I bought a cheap one, ($40) and installed it. It leaked so, I finally threw it away and bought a better one, ($70 or $80) which worked fine. The problem was the leak caused the fiber board in the counter to swell and created a gap between the top and the verticle edge of the formica. That is not easy to fix.
I replaced the bathroom faucet in our new to use 92 Terry. I haven't replaced the kitchen faucet yet, but plan to. I have already replaced the hard plastic lines with flexible tubing as I had a leak in it right after I bought it. The hot line had a two inch crack in it, so I replaced both the hot and cold lines.
I, like the others, found my faucets at Lowes. If you look at the positioning of the connection threads, you may find faucets that will fasten right up without adding the flexible extensions.
Now I just wish I could find a single handle bath/shower faucet that was easy to install...
