I am looking for a mat to use with my 5th wheel camper. Any suggestions? I had a camping world one before but it didn't hold up. Thanks for comments. Would like one that won't harm grass and sand will pass thru.

The Camping World ones work quite well but under heavy usage are only good for 1-2 years before they start coming apart. I got mine replaced last year but am sure that won't happen again. Otherwise no suggestions.

Try this place--www.rvmat.com. We're fulltime and we've been using one of their mats for 3 years. It still looks like the day we bought it. We got ours at the Tampa,Fl. RV show but if I remember correctly they do ship their products.
By the way, we have a really good friend who lives on Heart Lake Rd. We lived for 32 years in North Jackson, about 5 miles south of Susquehanna.

rvawningmat.com!!! Got ours 2 years ago. Love it. When it goes to bad I will order another one immediately. They shipped us ours in three days. Suppose to last long time. Lightweight.Easy to clean. Sand and water go right thru and if we have had food spilled on it, when we get home we lay out on driveway, wash or rinse, dries in about 30 minutes and folds up and goes in a bag and back in compartment in camper. Only weighs about 10 lbs. We have used ours at beach among other places and it does not look like it has even been used yet. Colors stay bright. Different sizes, colors, and styles to choose from. Need little stakes to hold down 4 corners. Love ours and will order another if ever needed. Hope this helps. Would pay to check out their website!! We have the 9'x 18' size.

Agree with Dogman. We got an awning mat and a sunshade from J&J Shades, and we love it. The quality is excellent.

I just got a 8x16 mat through this site. They are also reversible. Cost was around $91 and no tax or shipping was added on. It weighs around 14 lbs.....

There are numerous online places to purchase a polypropylene RV awning mat. These will not kill the grass. Just compare sizes and shipping. We just got one and I am so happy with the 8 x 16 foot size. It seemed like the 9 foot one was too wide and would ping when the rained dripped on it. Very annoying. This one doesn't go beyond my awning and is almost the entire length of it. Spray off the mat and roll it up. Best money spent.
