Thanks to all of you that responded. I really still did not get an answer to my question but I will keep digging. On all of our personal vehicles, we do not like to "advertise" for the dealer. However, I feel that the "W" in Winnebago represents something that is not advertising. It represents a quality built vehicle, or so I feel, like all of the Allegro's that I have seen have "Roughing it smoothly" on the back.
I also am proud to be Winnebago owner.
Just MHO.

You can legaly put the name and model any way you want, paint, decals, you own the coach. It would only be copyright infringment if you used the name/ logos for business or financial gain. People put the name stickers of their motorcycles and boats on their cars all the time produced by independent grafic/ sign companys. You can have decals with your RV brand made and put them legally on your car, trailer or whatever. I have alot of experience with this type of thing. Don't even think twice about it...
When I had my coach repainted, I had the Pace Arrow decals photographed and reproduced - complete with the original colors and size - and had them placed on the coach when the paint work was complete. All of the other decals (stripes, etc) were removed and not replaced. The coach looks much better IMHO. Jim.

Correct ... "Don't even think twice about it." Winnebago probably doesn't have a big enough legal team to waste their time on one example, like yours. Leave it off or put it on. It won't make a difference ... except to you.
Except, you had better not use ANY of the Disney names, images, etc. They DO go after anyone who uses the likeness of any of their characters or names. Big or small. Commercial or private.
