Feb 13 was 18 years for us. We have camped together regularly for the last 7 years. I camped with my parents and grandparents when I was a kid.

We will celebrate our 50th in, let's see, eight more years after this June 25th. At that time we can also celebrate our eighth year of trailering/camping. We bought our 25' last November, took delivery on Feb. 29th and have been out on her three times to date (our fourth is coming up this Thurs.-Sunday). We are enjoying it very much. We used to boat on the Great Lakes and miss it - this, we hoped, would be reminiscent of our boating days and experiences. So far, we were right. This is our summer to learn about trailering. We'll enjoy a ten day trip at summer's end visiting historic Virginia and then, starting next year, we'll see the USA starting with a trip to the southwest. You were right, this is a nice, light way to think about GOOD NEWS and get away from all the bad news on the national media.
