I just finished my first stint of the year at the remote fishcamp, 20 miles upriver. Had a blast, as usual. Got a new tent this year and a cot! No more sleeping on the ground Such luxury Didn't take long to get things organized and on to cooking for the fisherpersons.
This is on of my favorite jobs here at Heise.

Pleeeze Lets not be so politically sensitive. The word is fishermen! It does not conger up thoughts of only men fishing, but of people enjoying an outdoors past time, FISHING! The word MEN or MAN can, in out English language describe the male of the species OR in this context mankind (people). This is not a liberal thing, this is the way I was taught in school.
Yep and when I started we were called firemen, now it's firefighters. Seems proper to me and doesn't bother me. Fisherman, fisherpersons...all means the same to me. Means they're fishing! That's the important part and have a good cook to boot!
Dianne man you are styling now with a new tent and cot?! Seems the good cook you are they would also provide an air mattress and aircard lol! That position sure does sound like a great deal and place! I bet it puts McGrath to shame lol!
