The rubber seal that is above my slide doesn't touch the top of the slide when it is out. when it rains water sometimes comes under the seal and drips into the camper. The seal is not adjustable. The only adjustment I see on the slide is to the outside of the slide. I tried raising the slide but it didn't help because only the outside edge went up. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a warranty issue.

Try to find out why the slide is not going out further. It should go out until the rubber meets the wall all the way round. Then it will seal.

It sounds like the seal you are talking about is the flat rubber wiper seal mounted to the ouside-top of the slide opening. The purpose of this seal is to squeegee off water and debris when the slide comes in and to also minimize water splash into the slide opening. Note that is does not "seal" -- it is not meant to be watertight. To operate correctly, it should be touching the top of the slide roof. However, even if it doesn't touch correctly, no water should leak into the trailer (I've had this situation on another trailer and have talked to the factory).
The actual water seal when the slide is out is the rubber tube seal between the inside slide flange and the inside wall of the trailer. If water is getting inside, there is a problem with this seal.
Obviously, your wiper seal and/or slide is not installed properly if its not touching the top of the slide. If its under warranty, it should be fixed. If its out of warranty, I wouldn't worry about it and concentrate on that inner seal.
