If the pump has power going to it but not responding, is it shot?

As long as there is a good ground for the pump and you have 12 volts. If you have both of those and it don't run then the motor needs repaired.

There is a starter solinode valve mounted on the side of the motor, If you jump it out, does the motor run, if it does then it's good. If it doesn't it's time to replace. You can Call HWH with the serial and model number and you should have a replacement in a few days. Easy to replace. If you need to raise or lower you jacks in the mean time. There are several things you can do. PM me If you need instructions. Bill

I would first run a jumper cable from a good frame ground to the motor housing. If that does not get it running, it is probably the soleniod switch. As posted, it is easy to replace and is not that expensive.
