Any problem with a larger tank may be related to not following the instructions. You're suppose to open the valve on the tank, and wait a minute or so before trying to light the grill (leave the grill regulator valve off while you wait.
It's actually the silly check valves in the propane hose to protect us from blowing our collective selves up. A pair of long-nosed pliers fixed mine.

The Qbaby has no side tables the Q100 does. The Q120 has electronic ignition. The Q has less btu's than the 200 and the 220 has electronic ignition. I have had the baby Q for three years and I just bought the 200 last weekend..love them both...by the way I added side tables and electronic ignition to my Baby Q. all the parts are inter changable.

The problem also lies in refilling the hose with gas, as opposed to air. The air in the hose is dispelled at the same rate that gas would be. You can avoid this by leaving the hose attached to the tank.

flyfisherman128, Weber no longer lists a Baby Q, only the 100's and while both have the ignition, the 120 has the shelves added.

Same here. My Q100- No tables and has excellent electronic ignition. My new Q200 has tables and the same great ignition system.

How many quarter pound burgers can fit on the 100 vs. 200? And how many large rib eyes?

You can do a easy 6 quarter pounders, maybe ever 8 if you squeeze tight, on the 100. Rib eyes would depend on size of the steaks.

I believe you could get 4 ribeyes on it, probably 6 small ones. You would probably have to turn them in a different order to be sure of even cooking.

I noticed that when connected to a 20 lb. tank instead of a little bottle, it cooks very hot even at the lowest setting.
