Does anyone have or know of a list of states whose state parks accept the Federal passes? It would be very handy. Maybe we could start a list. The only two states I know of are Louisiana and Mississippi.

Arkansas State Parks offer out-of-state seniors 25% discount weekdays but no discount on weekends. Residents get 50% off weekdays and 25% on weekends. There are, however, LOTS of great COE and Forest Services parks in the state and they DO honor the federal passes.

Missouri does NOT honor the Federal passes. With proof of age they do give a SMALL discount to seniors 65 years of age and those who are disabled.

I've been to two Oregon state parks that accepted my Golden Age pass. One was a lighthouse in the Newport area who's name I can't remember, and the other was Devil's Lake state park.

It is probably asking at any park. I don't know of any listing that describes individual state park discounts, but lots of states have them. For example, New York has a "Golden Park Program" - If you are a New York State resident 62 or older you may obtain free vehicle entry into state parks on non-holiday weekdays.
