A guy at the campground this weekend had a new motorhome, I think it was a "Forester". He was asking what this switch was for. It was on the wall and said "Arctic / Pac. I have never heard of this one, any ideas?

Show me the GRILL and STAND BACK!!!!

I looked it up...Arctic Pac = Arctic Package.
tank heaters, extra insulation, (maybe dual pane windows?)
The switch probably activates the tank heaters
