FWIW I have been very pleased with my KPC650 ( Kyocera ) card. My newest required me to switch to a USB720 usb dongle instead of a card. I have found that it handles signals as good or better than my KPC650.
Do yourself a favor, contact the 3G Store here and tell them what you want and need and let them tell you how and what you need. They are really good at what they do.
