Is this highway an ok road for a motorhome travel going all the way to hwy 69 north ? thanks

we haven't traveled it in a long time, but my truck driver brother in law drives it with his 18 wheeler quite often.

we have a 30 foot 5th wheel, we use hwy 54 from eldorado, ks. to marshall michigan by i-69 & i-94, going east on hwy 54 is a two lane hwy, looking back i think hyw 54 end at hwy36 at pittsfield illinois, then we go east on hyw 36. yes hwy 54 is a nice road for a motorhome. we also stop at a city park, mexico missouri about 15 mile north of hwy 70 on hwy 54. $10.00 per night with water & ele.
