We are considering getting a 2008 Honda CR-V. Does anybody have any good or bad feedback that can help us with this decision?

From what I understand, the CRV is the most common toad around.

We have an '06 SE.

We bought our 2008 CR V EX with Navi and couldn't be more pleased. It's a great around town car and very easy to tow. Good luck with your purchase.

We're on our 3rd CR-V. We've towed for over 40K miles and driven them in snow and rain storms. Our current one is a 2007 CR-V EX-L. Make sure that you get the high end Real Time 4X4. This is the most versatile of the models. It's a Front Wheel drive until slippage is detected and then the rear wheels engage. It has room for 5 six footers and a real big dog in the back.

If you get the CR-V, you wont be disappointed.

We bought ours in Feb. I would not get navigation. We purchased the EXL w/o navi and bought a Garmin Nuvi. What a big difference over in dash! We have had 2 vehicles with in dash and I will not buy another car with navi. Also, we can use it in the coach.
It tows like a dream. We also enjoy driving it around town and on trips. Nice little SUV.

my last three choices were CRV, VUE, and Liberty. I preferred the VUE with a V6 and more road comfort. the Liberty would have been my top if I wanted something more "off road" type.

We have had an Element and now an 07 CRV. They are great vehicles. We average 26 or so around town and 30 on trips. A little more tire noise than I would like and have heard quieter tires make a difference. Resale on Hondas is about the best saving thousands over most other cars and nothing ever goes wrong. At least with the ones we have had.

I bought our 2007 CRV from Santa Ana Honda. Dealt with owner Ryan Busnardo over the internet. Gave me a good price. Had it tow ready for me equipped with Roadmaster Base plates & wired for lights, Less for the tow ready than I could get elsewhere. Tow ready with everything working. Great folks to do business with. Happy with my all wheel drive EXL

We switched to the Michelin's from the stock tires two months ago and the ride is much better and quieter.
