Fenway - in honor of Fenway Park where our beloved Boston Red Sox play baseball. In fact, my best buddy, Fenway, was born on the night the Red Sox broke the 86-year drought and won the World Series in 2004.

Love this dog!

The first we named Shasta - DH is from Oregon near Mt. Shasta.

The second we named Dakota EXCEPT her name is now OOGY. She absolutely loved "noogies" (rubbing hard with your knuckles), and somehow that translated to calling her "Oogy" or "Oogy Boogie". Yes, Ok, we're nuts....:-)

Charlotte - 12 year old toy poodle....I originally started calling her SweetPea but my sister-in-law said she looked like "Charlotte" from "Charlotte's Web" the rest is history.

Callie - 4 year old toy poodle... My husband and I have always wanted a little girl named Callie and we were not blessed with a child so we gave the name to the next best thing. Charlotte and Callie are our children whom we take camping every where with us. They love the camping life!

Dogs we have had in the family - Buttons (black cocker), Fifi (min pin I had to give away because of going into apartment), Candy (gift ffrom hubby, mixture of water spaniel), Squire (daughter's male dog, was named after a store of teen male clothes many, many years ago), Canteen (grown son's dog - named because never had an accident in the house), Taffy (min pin) because at the time the children said we already had a Candy, Greta (min doxie with papered name of Grechen, 2nd in Charge), and Aka (came with name - assistance dog from a prison program).

Now we have Petunia (chihuahua, only name she didn't pin her ears back when I said it, no mexican names for her apparently).

Had a Cat name of Poco (interpreted as small) as he was a 16 lbs manx.

Can't name the cats as that always brings tears to my eyes, we had them a relatively short time in comparison to the dogs.

DOOGIE (pronounced like doogie howser) We rescued him at our last campground and he got the name from the campground owner's toddler who couldn't say doggie! He's a 3+ year old beagle/dashaund mix we think!!!
