Other than the temps (and it would be too cold for us,) snowbirds might miss the camaraderie that they enjoy in traditional snowbird destinations. Just another thought...

This is a great concept.....

I was looking for a non-resort (inexpensive) camping facility for myself and popup camper near Ft. Bragg, NC and found 'Art's RV Sites' - 12 full hookup sites in Art's backyard - and with the Passport America membership, it cost me $12.50/night. This worked out great as my daughter works 3 blocks from Art's, and, it was only a 10 min. drive to the base!

I applaud your project!
