I pulled our 27RL for 7 years and always got nervous before towing. A lot of our trips were two day pulls...the 2nd day was always better.
Shorter trips, I wasnt as nervous and I got used to pulling around Philadelphia and traveling down I-95. Its always nice to get to the destination and set up through. I was always ready for a cold one upon arrival.
Recently sold the rig.

Nerves, stress, no sleep. It's what camping is all about ...lol. Actually a bit of fear will keep you on your tows but do all you can to reduce it by getting good mirrors, powerful enough tow vehical and a patient copilot with walkies for backing. Also know when to say no. We travelled 7hrs to a campground in the rockies last year only to find the site was too small for the trailer. Tried a couple times and gave up-went and demanded a bigger site and got it. From that I learned to "add" a couple feet when booking so as not to get a tent trailer spot. The real problem in many cgs is narrow campground roads with sharp drops at the edges- ought to be a law.
