I have searched the web and found several sprinter chassis models. I already know and love the Navion/View models. I want to know more about the others before I go out to the dealerships and check them out in person.
These are the others I found. Please let me know if I left some out:
Fleetwood Pulse and Icon
Chateau, Dutchmen and Four Winds
Coach House Platinum II 241XL
Coachmen Prism
Conquest B cruiser MB and Yellowstone MB.
I'm sure there are more. If you own any of these or others let me know and your experiences.
Thanks for all your help---this is a great forum!

If it's made by Fleetwood, I would scratch it off my personal short list.

The Covina was just introduced at Monaco's dealer meeting in Las Vegas. It's built using a traditional aluminum structure, but uses CTEC sidewalls. CTEC is a bonded composite fiberglass wall that does not use any wood backing. It's much stronger, has better thermal insulation properties, and is more resistant to delamination. CTEC sidewalls also virtually eliminates paint cracking in dark color full body painted coaches. A problem not uncommon with many rv manufacturers due to stresses caused by the different thermal properties between fiberglass/wood bonded sidewalls, particularly under high temperature conditions. This issue has become apparent only in the last few years due to the increasing popularity of dark color, full body painted coaches. Only two manufacturers I'm aware of use CTEC sidewalls. Fleetwood's American Coach and Monaco on certain Class A coaches. I've been told that between the two, they bought the entire production run.

Please respect the 'owner' of this discussion and only chime to help with identifying sources for the Sprinter chassis.

This may not help you much but we took delivery of a 2009 Fleetwood Pulse 24A on the Sprinter chassis yesterday, July 5th. The 30+ mile trip home was so much better than anticipated as far as power, handling and lack of sway on turns was concerned. I stopped about halfway home and let Rita drive it the rest of the way and park it herself. She is 5'3" tall and had no problems driving except to get that grin off her face!
Best to you...Jack&Rita
