We went for a weekend of boondocking a few weeks ago. While setting up I noticed the fridge was off. I grabbed the voltmeter & confirmed it was a blown 12V fuse (glad I had spares.) It worked for the weekend but after I got home the fridge was off again - same issue.
Short story - the problem was how the 12V wires were routed to the fridge junction block. They make a tight right angle turn around the burner box & one of them chaffed through & shorted on the corner of the box. The fix was some electrical tape, slack adjusting, & a few ty-raps to hold things in place.
