Does any one have any information regarding the Rexhall class "A" MH's We have been looking at a 2001 V315 and having never heard of Rexhall, don't know if they are good, bad, or stay way from. Surely there is someone out there that can give us some information. Thank you

Rexhalls are manufactured in S Ca and most owners that I have talked to are happy with their units. They are a small company but they are still in business. Do a search on Rexhall and you will have lots of information.

My camping buddies each bought new 32" Rexalls over 10 years ago. From what I've seen in dozens of camping trips with them over the years, both rigs have been very reliable. One guy upgraded to a DP a couple of years ago not because of any problems but because he got the DP itch. My other buddy has over 45K miles on his Rexall & is always ready to go camping. The fact that Rexall is still in business after so many years says something for their product.
A big thumbs up from my prospective.

Take a look here for a list of Rexhall clubs. We have a 2004 Rexair and are very pleased with it.

We have a friend that has a Rexall. I believe it is called an air bus. He has no complains about the coach. I believe his is a 2001 with a V-10 engine. Rexall has been in financial troubles, but it is still hanging in there. I believe their manufacturing plant is just west of where I live in the Lancaster, Ca area.

We've has our 2000 Rexhall Aerbus (32', one slide, Ford chassis) since Dec 05, and remain very happy. We explored getting a newer unit, and looked at a lot of rigs, but so far we've found very few we like as much. Newer Rexhalls have full-wall slides, and we've found the ceiling height in a shower in a slide can be a problem. We had some body work done at the factory last year, and were well treated. You get good bang for the buck with a Rexhall, we think.

A cut above the mass-produced brands.

Older web site stressed quality of design and construction (alum. lattice frame) and I was always surprised by their different, but great, floor plans.

The past few years they went through some tough times (gleefully reported by many contributors who should get a life). Some of their earlier dealers were not what I would call helpful.

Recently Rex has gone to direct sales of a full-length slide system. Don't know about that, but the earlier models were gems.

Maybe they just saw the current downturn coming ahead of time and changed their strategy ahead of other mfgrs.

When I'm looking at rigs, I always place Tiffin, Rex and Safari (pre-Monaco) at the top of my list.

We own a '95 Rexair and love it. Quality throughout. For an older coach, we would put it up against anything of comparable age. We are on the P30 Chevy chassis and the strongest 454 I've ever owned.

That would be a STEEL frame, not aluminum. It is completely welded floor to ceiling. Not just screwed together.

Thank you for all the helpful information and the great replies. The dealer dropped another $1000 today and guarantees everything to be in good working order. MH is looking better all the time. The tires are all original, but look like new, is the 7 -8 year rule set in stone as to getting new ones? what is the price range for 19" tires?

Thanks again
