Thank you for all the helpful information and the great replies. The dealer dropped another $1000 today and guarantees everything to be in good working order. MH is looking better all the time. The tires are all original, but look like new, is the 7 -8 year rule set in stone as to getting new ones? what is the price range for 19" tires?

Thanks again

It's a 2001 Rexhall Vision model V315 with just over 14000 miles, could use a little TLC inside, the outside and roof look great.

Friends had one, still see it on the road once in a while. Good rig and they liked it.

Tire age is not "set in stone" but Michelin says to start taking the rig to a dealer and have the tires inspected yearly starting at the 6th year and finally replace at 10 years no matter what.

Have a 2002 Aerbus. Love it. We brought it last April and replaced the tires this past winter. Had GY's and replaced with Hercules. $1200 installed and out the door for all 6. Have put 1000 miles on them and I am totally happy with the handling and ride.

We purchased a 1997 Rexhall 3250 (single slide) in June of 2006. One of the items that concerned me about RV's in general when I was researching our purchase was delamination problems. I searched the web for delamination problems with Rexhall's and found none. Owner satisfaction surveys were also about the same as higher priced RV's. Although it only had 18,500 miles on it, we did quite a bit of maintenance (including replacing the notorious fuel pump as a preventative maintenance action) and a few upgrades before an 8,200 mile trip to Alaska and back last year. We had no problems on the Alaska trip and everything in it still works just like it was new. The coach is now 11 years old and drives / handles very well. Rexhall's are a well built coach and include a lot of features for the money.

We bought ours in Nov '06. Had a '92 Newmar Kountry Star and thought it was a very good coach. This Rexhall is every bit as good as the KS, and has a much better floor plan. Both with 2 slides, the KS was not hydraulic like the Rexhall and maybe had fewer minor glitches with the slides. DW fell in love with the inside layout of the Aerbus. Plus being 10 years newer it's on a much better Ford chassis All in all we would get another Rexhall when/if we trade again.

My travel partner has a 2005 Vision, and it's been troublesome since she got it. Her experience has been that Rexhall's sales folk are extremely helpful, but the service side not so much. She's taken hers back to the factory half a dozen times for repairs to various systems, plus ongoing annoyances with cabinet doors falling off, drawers that don't open, bad water pump, etc. Oh, and the "pull-out sofa/bed" in her 31-footer is waaay too small for an adult to sleep on, and very uncomfortable as either a couch or a bed. On the plus side, the floorplan is very nice and the interior decor is quite pretty. The entertainment center is great. The Vision is their bottom-of-the-line, which may make a difference. On the whole, my old 1990 Southwind has been much more reliable; we used to co-own it, and I bought out her half when she decided to get a newer rig.
